Qzzii Inc. Privacy Policy

Qzzii Inc. (“Qzzii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mobile applications and a web-based platform (together, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Definitions

Account — the profile you create to access the Platform.
Affiliate — any entity that controls, is controlled by, or shares common control with Qzzii Inc.

Platform — collectively, Qzzii’s mobile applications and web-based services.

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

Location information you choose to share or that your device permits us to access
Health and fitness information you enter or sync (such as activity, exercise, or wellness data)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically gather Technical Data, including:

IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version, operating system
Pages or screens viewed, session length, and interaction patterns
Crash logs and diagnostic data

2.3 Location Data

With your permission, the Platform may access precise or approximate location data from your device to power location-based features. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, though some features may stop working properly.

2.4 Health & Fitness Data

Where the Platform includes fitness or wellness features, activity data (such as steps, workouts, or exercise logs) is processed to support those features. Where technically feasible, this data is processed on your device rather than stored on our servers, and you may delete it at any time within the app.

2.5 Payment Data

If you make a purchase, payment details are handled by our third-party payment processors. Qzzii does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
Create and manage your Account
Process transactions and fulfill purchases or subscriptions
Send service-related communications, security alerts, and — where you’ve opted in — product updates or offers
Respond to support requests
Analyze usage trends to improve features and user experience
Support a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction, if one occurs
Meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Technical Data is generally kept for shorter periods unless needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Health and fitness data processed on-device is retained locally until you delete it or uninstall the app.

5. Where Your Information Is Processed

Qzzii operates from Alberta, Canada, and may use Service Providers located in other countries. This means your information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction, in locations where data protection laws may differ. When we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected consistent with this Policy.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Access, update, or correct your Account information directly within the Platform
Request deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us
Control location access at any time through your device settings
Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any promotional message
Delete locally-stored health/fitness data at any time within the app
Cancel your subscription and request deletion of your Personal Information at any time, which stops all further collection and use

We may need to retain some information despite a deletion request where we have a legal obligation to do so.

7. When We Share Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share it:

With Service Providers who help us run the Platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
When required by law, subpoena, or valid governmental request
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Qzzii, our users, or the public
With your consent, or at your direction

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information without parental consent, please contact us so we can remove it. Where required by local law, we will seek parental consent before collecting data from minors.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice within the Platform before they take effect. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision.
